The influence of welding heat input on Residual Notch Stress Intensity Factor

چکیده
The influence of process parameters on the residual asymptotic stress distribution is investigated using a 3D numerical modeling welding process. Computational mechanics and peak method are combined to calculate Notch Stress Intensity Factors (R-NSIF) as function power input. Results summarized in terms heat input discussed view future guidelines proposal addressed designers who going face optimization for fatigue life improvement.
